Mike made both selling our previous home and building our new home fun and as painless as it could be. He took the time to help explain the process for both and answer any questions we had. Our first home sold within a couple of weeks! Then Mike helped us look at existing homes and their layouts before we decided to build. We were able to take all the ideas we saw from showings and design our custom built home. Even when we were meeting with the builders, Mike was at every meeting and helped ask questions we didn’t think of or he would help offer great suggestions with the build. We have recommended Mike to all of our friends and family! He is very easy to communicate with and is punctual with his replies. Although we don’t plan on leaving our custom home anytime soon, if something comes up we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mike again. It has been a pleasure working with him!
